This policy governs the processing of personal data collected by My Ghost Market OOD ("Company") through the services (the "Service") provided on the Website. Access and use of the Website and its Service are governed by the Website's Terms of Use , which must be read and accepted by all Users browsing the Website and provide further understanding of this policy.

  • 1.1 The Company is committed to safeguarding the privacy of the User; in this policy it’s explained how the Company will treat the User personal information.
  • 1.2 The Company will ask the User to consent to the Company’s use of the data and information about them, in accordance with the terms of this policy when the User first visit the Website. By using the Website and agreeing to this policy, the User consents to the use of their data or information in accordance with the terms of this policy.

This information is provided by submitting a photo of their national ID, passport, or driver's license. The photo is not stored by the Company.
    11. (k) The signature of the Users to enter into the Transfer of Rights Agreement during a purchase that involves the licensing of Copyrights.

3. Using your personal information

  • 3.1 The personal information submitted to the Company through the Website will be used for the purposes specified in this policy or on the relevant pages of the Website.
  • 3.2 The Company may use the User’s personal information to:

    1. (a) Manage and operate the Website, Service, and Company.
    2. (b) Personalize the Website for the User.
    3. (c) Enable the use of the Service offered on the Website.

  • 3.5 All the Website financial transactions are handled through a third-party payment services provider. The User can review the provider's privacy policy at their individual website. The Company will share information with its payment services provider only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments the User makes via the Website, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.

4. Disclosing personal information

  • 4.1 The Company may disclose the User’s personal information to any of its employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors, insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.
  • 4.2 The Company may disclose the User’s personal information to any member of the Company’s group of companies (this means its subsidiaries or its ultimate holding company) insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.
  • 4.4. The Company will provide the full name, nationality, address and signature of the Seller to the Buyer, in the Transfer of Rights Agreement in the event of a sale involving a Copyright license. On the other hand, the Company will provide the Buyer’s signature to the Seller through this same contract.
  • 4.5. In the event of a legal dispute between the Buyer and Seller, and if a legal entity or court requests the data of either party, the Company may provide the necessary information of any of the Users involved.
  • 4.6. The Company may show the review that the Buyer decides to publish on the Website about a service provided by a Seller.
  • 4.7 The Company may disclose the User’s personal information to:
    1. (a) Extent that the Company is required to do so by law.
    2. (b) In connection with any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings.
    3. (c) In order to establish, exercise or defend its legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing risk).
    4. (d) To the purchaser (or prospective purchaser) of any business or asset that the Company is (or is contemplating) selling.

    4. (d) The Company will keep the Buyer’s and Seller’s personal data included in the Transfer of Rights Agreement for all transactions entered into.
    5. (e) The Company will retain all files related to the Works sold on the Website.

7. Security of your personal information

  • 7.1 The Company will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of the User’s personal information.
  • 7.2 The Company will store all the personal information the User provides on the Company’s secure (password- and firewall-protected) servers.
  • 7.3 All electronic financial transactions entered into through the Website will be protected by encryption technology.
  • 7.4 The User acknowledges that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and the Company cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.
