It has become a leading player in the online music production industry, boasting a massive community of over 5,000 producers who publish more than 500 new songs for sale each month. Offering a wide range of services including ghost production, music production, mixing, mastering, original vocals, and more, Edmwarriors is the go-to destination for DJs and artists seeking music to release.

As a Music Editor, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the field of music production on a professional level. This role will provide you with comprehensive insights into the inner workings of a music production company. You will gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the industry, learning not only the technical aspects of music production but also the strategic and business dimensions of the music industry. This dual exposure will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel both as a music producer and as a business professional within the music industry.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing music tracks and their project files, as well as assisting DJs, artists, and producers in the transaction of musical products and services. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for music, a keen ear for detail, and a desire to develop a well-rounded skill set in both music production and business operations.

Tasks on a typical day? 🎨

• Review Tracks and Music Project Files
  Review audio stems and other music files following the given standards. Evaluate project files in Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Cubase, and Studio One, assessing the quality and organization of the files.
• Customer Support
  Provide support to both customers and sellers on our platform.
• KYC
  Review information related to the sellers on our platform for compliance.
• Training and Collaboration
  Create guides and training materials for colleagues. Collaborate to improve departmental processes and systems.

Required Hard Skills 🤓

• Music production knowledge with experience in electronic genres
• Knowledge of the interfaces of the following DAWs: FL Studio or Ableton Live. It’s an advantage to handle other softwares such as Cubase, Studio One and Logic Pro (knowing how to open files, locate samples in their folders, and understanding how a song project file has been created);
• Knowledge in the majority of genres of electronic dance music;
• Interest in the music production industry, you have to be familiar with all loops and samples companies and marketplaces;
• Being musical
• Fluency in English
