It has become a leading player in the online music production industry, boasting a massive community of over 5,000 producers who publish more than 500 new songs for sale each month. Offering a wide range of services including ghost production, music production, mixing, mastering, original vocals, and more, Edmwarriors is the go-to destination for DJs and artists seeking music to release.

Join us as our Marketing Manager and lead our newly established marketing department with a focus on data-driven strategies, performance optimization, and scalable growth. Your role will emphasize technical marketing expertise, leveraging advanced tools and analytics to refine campaigns, enhance audience targeting, and drive measurable results. What will be your responsibilities? 📝

  • SEO Leadership: Develop, lead, and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic growth and visibility.
  • Paid Ads Management: Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve strategic goals.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to align content development with overall marketing objectives.
  • Public relations: Develop and execute PR campaigns.
  • Influencer marketing: Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team, both in-house and external, to achieve shared goals. Identify and collaborate with agencies that can enhance and accelerate our performance.

Tasks on a typical day? 🎨

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create and continuously test ads for Meta Ads and Google Adwords.
  • Oversee both organic and paid campaign execution across various platforms.
  • Monitor metrics, analyze results, and refine strategies to ensure optimal performance in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, and other platforms.
  • Research media, blogs, and influencers relevant to our niche and develop PR campaigns.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader company objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop unique content and campaign ideas.

Required hard skills 🤓

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in SEO and paid ads management across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing channels, including digital and traditional mediums.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business suite, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Slack and Notion.
